1. About Gabrielle
Gabrielle is a personal branding service operated by HYPHEIS Inc. These Terms govern your use of our website and application. By using Gabrielle, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Our service
Gabrielle helps you develop your personal brand, organize your professional information, and create text and visual assets using AI. Where available, connected social features let you publish content and review performance data with your authorization.
Features may evolve during beta. We may introduce usage limits or change features. Current access is free. Any future paid offer will disclose its price and applicable payment, renewal, and cancellation terms before you purchase it. Free use alone does not authorize charges.
4. Your content and AI results
You retain your rights in information and files you provide. You give us permission to process, store, reproduce, and adapt that content as needed to provide the features you use, including processing by our service providers and publication you authorize. This permission is limited to providing and supporting the service and ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must retain as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not authorize public promotion using your private content without your separate permission. Information obtained through a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s restrictions.
As between you and HYPHEIS Inc., you retain any rights you have in generated results, and we assign any rights we may hold in those results to you to the extent permitted by law. AI results may resemble other users’ results and may not qualify for intellectual property protection.
You must have the necessary rights to upload and use photos, documents, client information, and other materials. AI suggestions are generated by software and are not statements from a human adviser. Review AI results before using or publishing them, particularly factual claims, professional credentials, testimonials, and depictions of people. They may contain errors, unsupported claims, or inaccurate depictions. We do not guarantee business results, audience growth, or recommendations by third-party AI systems.
Gabrielle’s software, branding, and service design remain the property of HYPHEIS Inc. or its licensors. You may use the service for your lawful personal or business purposes under these Terms. No ownership of our software or branding is transferred to you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Gabrielle to violate laws or others’ rights, impersonate people deceptively, distribute spam or harmful material, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Follow the rules of any connected platform.
6. Connected services
You choose which available social accounts to connect and which publishing actions to authorize. Platform permissions, availability, and policies can limit these features. You may revoke access through the connected platform. Disconnecting Gabrielle does not automatically remove content already published there.
Where scheduling or automated actions are available, your authorization covers the content, destination, timing, or other scope you approve in the relevant workflow. Connecting an account alone does not authorize unrestricted posting or messaging. Actions already completed on another service may not be reversible. Features remain subject to the permissions and approvals granted by the relevant platform.
You must not use LinkedIn-derived member information obtained through Gabrielle to build prospect lists, enrich unrelated profiles, or conduct prohibited sales, recruiting, or advertising activities.
7. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Marketing subscriptions are optional. Necessary account, security, and support communications are separate from marketing subscriptions.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Gabrielle or request account closure at contact@gabrielle-ai.com. We may restrict access for misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service limitations and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, such as lost profits or business opportunities, to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded. These exclusions do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and disputes
We will post updated Terms and notify you of material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date, subject to any consent required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Please contact us first to seek a resolution. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
